Our merino products are made from supersoft finely spun merino wool; knitted on hand-powered machines, each piece is linked and finished by hand. Wool fabrics are resilient and easy care, providing low temperatures are used, and retain their natural qualities of insulation, breathability and elasticity. Due to its natural antibacterial properties, wool naturally resists odours and requires infrequent laundering.

Accepting Your Delivery

Please ensure you check your items thoroughly for any damage when you receive your delivery, if this is impossible to check, please sign for them as ‘Not Seen’. Once goods are accepted from the courier and signed for - no responsibility can be taken by White Lotus Living for any loss or damage. 

In the unusual event that your item arrives damaged, please do not accept the delivery, and call on 01743 242293 to arrange a replacement. 

All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 or over on delivery.
