Our product is 99.3% free from plastic, reflecting our dedication to minimising environmental impact. Each bottle is carefully packaged in a recycled box, designed to avoid the use of coated papers. Sustainability is fundamental to our brand, and we take pride in producing our fragrances in the UK. Furthermore, our wooden caps are not only exquisitely handcrafted but also created from recycled timber, ensuring that every component is responsibly sourced and locally manufactured.

UK Mainland Deliveries:

Orders over £100 qualify for free delivery. For those orders under this threshold standard UK delivery will be £5.95 - 3-10 Working days.

All home accessories and gifts are sent on a tracked parcel 2-7 day delivery service. 

Northern Ireland and Channel Isles

EU / Northern Ireland / Channel Islands Delivery: £20 5-14 Working Days

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship furniture and large items to Northern Ireland and the Channel Isles, but we can make it available for collection if you wish to organise your own courier. Please call us on  01714 242293 to arrange collection, and ensure we have plenty of notice so we can prepare the items. 

International Shipping

Accepting Your Delivery

Please ensure you check your items thoroughly for any damage when you receive your delivery, if this is impossible to check, please sign for them as ‘Not Seen’. Once goods are accepted from the courier and signed for - no responsibility can be taken by White Lotus Living for any loss or damage. 

In the unusual event that your item arrives damaged, please do not accept the delivery, and call on 01743 242293 to arrange a replacement. 

All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 or over on delivery.
